Mr. Lazer has over 21 years of experience in the design, management and validation of office, lab and production facilities for a variety of clients including Novartis, J&J, Merck (Schering-Plough), Pfizer, Genzyme and other pharmaceutical clients. Mr. Lazer has handled design, implementation support and management for projects ranging in cost from $25k to $75M. Office projects have included CAV to VAV conversions, and complicated HVAC unit replacements that needed to be completed without disrupting occupied spaces. Lab and manufacturing projects have included Cell and Gene Therapy manufacturing and QC labs, radio-ligand therapy clean rooms, small animal imaging suite, GLP vivarium renovations, pathology labs, formulation labs (including handling of potent and unknown compounds, radioactive labs.
Mr. Lazer is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, and later attended the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies to study Plumbing Systems Design. Mr. Lazer is affiliated with the international Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering.
