Mr. Pursell has assisted in design, permitting and construction management of multiple water and wastewater improvement projects including rehabilitation of existing pumping station facilities, collection systems and treatment plant processes. Mr. Pursell is experienced in AutoCAD, WaterCAD, StormCAD, CulvertMaster, Hydraflow Hydrographs, and Matlab.
Mr. Pursell is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of New Jersey. He acquired a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics with a concentration in Environmental Science from the College of the Holy Cross, and further acquired a Masters of Science in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Pursell is OSHA Confined Space Certified, NASSCO PACP Certified, and had his NJDEP Wastewater Treatment License, S2.
