PS&S provides bidding and contract administration services to assist Community Associations with contractor selection and provide oversight throughout the construction process.

For each project, we start by preparing a bid document package detailing the scope of work (taken from the specifications), a list of contract pricing and terms and conditions. Our bid package is then sent to a minimum of three contractors. The contractor responses are organized into a spreadsheet for the Association’s review.

Once a contractor is chosen, our contract administration services ensure general conformance with project design specifications and contract documents. We perform periodic site visits to evaluate the progress of the project, prepare reports and punch lists and approve payments.
