William Schneider, PE
Vice President, Site Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture
Mr. Schneider is a Vice President in PS&S' Yonkers Office bringing over 35 years' experience in the public sector to PS&S. His experience includes hazardous materials, water/wastewater/civil engineering and expertise in zoning, municipal codes and operation as well as the International Building Codes. He is responsible for civil engineering projects in the regional New York and Connecticut areas, business development, client contacts, project liaison and provides technical support in his areas of expertise.
William began his career with the USEPA Region II Remedial Action Branch. He enjoyed 15 years at the Westchester County Health Department leading various environmental quality programs and most recently 16 years with the City on Yonkers as Deputy and then Commissioner of Housing and Buildings.
He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Manhattan College and is a Professional Engineer in New York and Connecticut. William joined PS&S in 2018.
