Senior Project Manager, Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture

Mr. Hermann has 27 years of design and regulatory experience in a wide variety of civil engineering projects related to pre-construction permitting and coordination, municipal infrastructure design, site development, urban redevelopment, roadway design, and recreational field design. His design tasks include site permitting, concept planning, utility design and layout, stormwater management design, horizontal and vertical roadway design, lot geometry and grading. 

Twelve of the twenty years of Mr. Hermann’s career were spent working as a consulting engineer for various municipalities in New Jersey, where extensive experience was gained in the design of municipal infrastructure improvements as well as the municipal approval procedure resulting in a clear understanding of how to move a project through the municipal review process and the review and approval process for utilities and other jurisdictional agencies to construction. In addition, he, having designed multiple recreational fields, has extensive experience in the design and permitting of natural and synthetic turf fields.

Mr. Hermann is a Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Planner (PP), and Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) in New Jersey. He achieved a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.
