CULTURAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION SERVICES
PS&S’s Cultural Resources Department has been providing clients with archaeological, historic architectural and other services triggered by State Historic Preservation Office, Federal Agencies and municipal project review since 2010. We also assist clients with National Register of Historic Places nominations, municipal historic district surveys and guidance on tax incentive programs tied to the preservation of historic properties, mitigations, and guidance on architectural design within historic districts. We are key members on many of our clients’ diligence teams – helping those clients turn constraints into opportunities.
We offer a client-focused business model, where we become part of our client’s team, not simply a specialized consultant.
Our staff maintains strong working relationships with key agencies and other experts in the relevant fields and an open line of communication with our clients. PS&S’s uniquely well-integrated suite of cutting-edge interdisciplinary capabilities and technologies provides our cultural resources and historic preservation services to customers with innovative and timely solutions, high-quality deliverables, and an efficient path through sometimes complex and ever-changing regulatory processes.
