Dave Kiessling, RCS, RS

Vice President, Community Association

Mr. Kiessling is a Vice President with over 35 years of experience in the construction management field. His background includes project management for residential, commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare construction projects throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. Mr. Kiessling has expertise in coordinating and directing all aspects of construction projects, such as budget management, code compliance, bid evaluations, plan review, take-off quantities, estimating, and bidding. He specializes in performing inspections, evaluating construction issues, preparing reports and capital reserve studies, and overseeing projects.

Mr. Kiessling currently directs the Community Association Department and is tasked with the day-to-day operations of the department which includes but is not limited to scheduling of field inspectors, assigning projects, proposal management, onsite inspections, plan specification development, bidding documents, board meetings, billings, and business development.

Mr. Kiessling is a New Jersey Building Inspector (RCS), an American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician, and has a National Community Association Institute Reserve Specialist Designation (RS). He is affiliated with the American Concrete Institute.
