Mr. Enright is an Environmental Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the water, wastewater, solid waste and environmental remediation and management fields. Mr. Enright has been responsible for the management of a variety of environmental engineering projects, including wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment, water supply and treatment, stormwater management, solid waste management, and soil and groundwater remediation. His project involvement includes feasibility analysis, planning, permitting, funding applications, conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design, construction supervision and start-up assistance. He has provided wastewater plant operations consulting including troubleshooting and optimization. Mr. Enright has been responsible for managing environmental compliance programs including DPCC, SPCC, RCRA and USTs.
Mr. Enright earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University in 1982. He later obtained a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College in 1988.
