Gregory Mayer, CHMM
Senior Scientist, Energy and Environmental
Mr. Mayer has 8 years of experience in environmental compliance, health & safety, and remediation projects across New Jersey and New York City. His responsibilities include geotechnical and environmental site investigations, conducting Phase I environmental site assessments, Phase II soil and groundwater remedial investigations. Other duties include regulatory compliance application, NYSDEC liaison, post-remediation care plan preparation, emergency spill response, on-site construction health & safety supervision, hazardous waste management, soil and ground water sampling, environmental data analysis, and discharge permit compliance.
Mr. Mayer is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and is OSHA-certified. He acquired a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from The College of New Jersey and further achieved a Master of Science in Environmental Science. Mr. Mayer joined PS&S in 2021.
