PS&S provided site civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture services to Ingerman Development for a 104-unit affordable housing project on approximately 2.5 acres in the Borough of Wood-Ridge. The project consisted of three 3-story apartment buildings with onsite parking and related infrastructure improvements. PS&S prepared preliminary and final site plans and a subdivision for Borough of Wood-Ridge approval, and secured regulatory approvals from various governmental agencies prior to construction. PS&S also performed pre- and post-construction ALTA surveys, and provided construction administration services.
