Mr. Kurczeski is a Project Inspector with 35 years of experience in construction and the construction management field. He has extensive Construction Superintendent and Homeowner Service Manager experience. Mr. Kurczeski performs inspections of various building components in residential and commercial projects and prepares reports and capital reserve studies. Supporting our Engineers, he assists with the preparation of Plan Specifications and Bidding Proposals. Mr. Kurczeski has expertise in project oversight, which includes but is not limited to, roof remediation, deck replacement, remediation of building facades and asphalt paving remediation.
Mr. Kurczeski is a Construction Official (CO), Building Subcode Official, Building Inspector (HHS), and a Mechanical
Inspector - 1 & 2 Family.
