Jarrett Elsea, PG
Lead Project Scientist, Environmental
Mr. Elsea has 23 years of experience as a hydrogeologist with particular expertise in modeling, hydrogeologic testing, and hydrogeologic design. He has provided technical direction, technical support, and project management for various multi-disciplinary projects including environmental investigation and remedial design projects, civil and geotechnical projects, and landfill design projects. Mr. Elsea has particular regulatory experience with the USEPA under CERCLA and RCRA as well as various state and territorial agencies including but not limited to NJDEP, PADEP, NYSDEC, NYCDEP, DNREC, and CTDEP.
Mr. Elsea is a licensed Professional Geologist (PG) [DE] and is OSHA-certified. He acquired a Bachelor of Science in Geological Science from the University of Michigan and achieved a Master of Science in Geology from Temple University. Mr. Elsea joined PS&S in 2014.
