Mark Cifelli, PE

Senior Director, Site Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture

Mark Cifelli joined PS&S’ Site Civil Engineering Department as a Project Manager in 2017.  Mr. Cifelli has been in the industry since 2005, and has been involved in a large variety of private and public-sector projects throughout New Jersey and New York.  Mr. Cifelli has extensive experience in project management, business development, construction administration, and engineering design as well as in expert testimony at municipal planning and zoning boards.

Mr. Cifelli’s experience includes due diligence, feasibility, conceptual design geometry, grading, drainage and utility, stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, report preparation, bid specifications, and construction administration services. Mr. Cifelli has comprehensive knowledge with regards to regulatory permitting including NJDEP, NJDOT, and  at many Counties and Municipalities.   

Mr. Cifelli graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The College of New Jersey in 2005, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey.  He is currently co-chair of the Real Estate Sector at PS&S.  The Real Estate Sector is responsible for strategic planning, fostering collaboration between PS&S’s service divisions, and driving growth within current PS&S office regions as well as in potential locations outside our current service area..
