Mark Lennon, PP, AICP, PMP, SPWS

Mr. Lennon has 44 years’ professional experience. He started work at PS&S in 1982 and has diverse responsibilities in the Corporate Health and Safety, Environmental Consulting, Project Management, Business Development and Business Administration areas.
Mr. Lennon is a licensed Professional Planner (PP) in New Jersey, member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Senior Professional Wetland Scientist (SPWS). Mr. Lennon has numerous OSHA certifications including Hazardous Site Supervisor, OSHA 40 hour (HAZWOPER), and OSHA 10-hour (Construction). He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey and a Master of Science in Management, Environmental Specialization from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Mr. Lennon has managed an extensive portfolio of multi-disciplinary projects, including preparation of project scope, schedule, budget and other performance criteria; implementation of site investigations and environmental impact studies, preparation of applications to federal, state, regional, county and local agencies for environmental and land use approvals; and management of interdisciplinary project teams. Mr. Lennon's technical capabilities include wetlands delineation, natural resource inventories, and contaminated site investigations and remediation.
Mr. Lennon is also Director of Health & Safety at PS&S, administers the Corporate Health and Safety Program, Standard Operating Procedures and Project Safety Analyses, and managed PS&S responses to maintain safe operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
