Sr. Project Manager, Site Civil Engineering & Landscape Architecture

As a Professional Engineer, Mr. Malinowski is responsible for project management, client contact, regulatory agency contact, and expert testimony and presentations. As a project manager and engineer for both private and municipal clients, Mr. Malinowski is responsible for site layout and design, analysis and design of storm water management facilities, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, grading design, utility design, preparation of construction details and specifications, preparation of soil erosion and sediment control measures, lighting design, roadway design, preparation of local, county and state permit applications, preparation of cost estimates, contract administration and public hearing attendance.

Mr. Malinowski is responsible for overseeing the majority of the projects that the firm does for educational & fire facilities. He has managed dozens of projects for public schools in New Jersey. These projects range from completely new schools, to improvements and expansions of current facilities to athletic field and running tracks.

Mr. Malinowski is a Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of New Jersey. He achieved a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and further attended Cook College studying Stormwater Management for Engineers.
