PS&S provided architectural design and oversight of ADA updates and interior refinishing for the multi-family housing complex in Hazlet, NJ. The existing complex contained 212 units of varying floor plans. The project consisted of renovating and updated interior finishes and ensuring a HUD required percentage of the apartments were fully ADA compliant. This required re-designing floor plans including laying out new bathrooms and kitchens. Exterior improvements such as ramps and repairs had to be completed in order to make the units accessible from the exterior.
