PS&S professionals are providing Architectural Services for a Design Build of a 1 story 44,500 sq. ft. mixed use locomotive repair bay, storage and office building for MTA LIRR. Services include Contract Documents including specifications and Construction Phase Services. Architectural system and components include precast wall panels, insulated metal wall panels, standing seam roof system and storefront entry system.
