Mr. Osborne brings over 40 years of architectural design and planning experience to the Building Services Group. Responsible for every aspect of his major assignments, Ted’s involvement in architectural design encompasses significant domestic and international expertise producing creative design solutions for Fortune 500 companies with a strong commitment to integrity, service, collaboration, innovation, and design.
His prior work includes architectural design and engineering solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, research and development labs, urban redevelopment programs, corporate headquarters buildings, healthcare, education, and as project principal developing infrastructure protection measures due to Superstorm Sandy damage. He has worked on projects for: N.J. Department of Treasury, N.J. Department of Transportation, N.J. Turnpike Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission and The New York State Thruway Authority.
Mr. Osborne is a Registered Architect (RA) in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Ohio, North Carolina, and Arizona. He is also a licensed Professional Planner (PP) in New Jersey. Mr. Osborne acquired a Bachelor of Architecture degree and further a Master of Architecture degree from Miami University. He also completed Post-Graduate Study at Columbia University: Paris and the Urban Form.
