Rachel Tevlin
Project Scientist, Environmental
Ms. Tevlin joined PS&S in January 2025. She has knowledge and experience in preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigation Reports, Remedial Investigation Reports, Remedial Action Reports, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure Reports, Deed Notices, and Classification Exception Areas (CEAs) for NJDEP submittal. She additionally has extensive experience preparing documents for Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) compliance, obtaining local construction and building permits, and site investigation and remediation oversight.
Ms.Tevlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Planning from Rowan University in New Jersey in May 2016. As part of her undergraduate studies, she participated in the ISA Program at the University of Westminster in London in May 2015, gaining valuable international experience in the field.
