Mr. Crane has 46 years of experience in process mechanical design, contract administration, feasibility studies, planning and project management for wastewater treatment plants, water pollution control plants and wastewater pumping station facilities throughout the United States and overseas. Additionally, he has served as project manager for several energy audit projects performed under the New Jersey Clean Energy LGEA program for various wastewater treatment plant facilities throughout New Jersey and has also conducted engineering and economic analysis for combined heat and power systems throughout New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Crane is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He is also a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. Mr. Crane acquired a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the City College of New York. He joined the PS&S family in 2017.
