Richard Padgitt, PE
Lead Engineer, Water Resources
Mr. Padgitt is a Lead Engineer with a focus on wastewater, potable water, and storm water engineering projects. He has been with the Water Resources Department at PS&S since 2013. Mr. Padgitt’s responsibilities include all aspects pertaining to the progression of a project from conception through construction. He performs the engineering design, planning, permitting, and preparation of construction plans and specifications for both public and privately bid projects. Mr. Padgitt’s specific project work includes engineering associated with new and rehabilitations of wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, sanitary sewer pump stations, water mains, water storage tanks, sanitary sewer mains, raw water wells, and a variety of other projects related to water/wastewater infrastructures.
Mr. Padgitt is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey. He acquired a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University.
