Mission:

PS&S’ Rising Professional Employee Resource Group (ERG) fosters an environment where members of our different disciplines can learn from each other’s experiences, share industry knowledge, and discuss career matters. Our goal is to inspire career advancement and develop our leaders of tomorrow.

 

Objectives:

  • Establish open and honest communication.
  • Support young professionals in career development.
  • Provide networking opportunities.
  • Engage in community and service opportunities.

Goals:

  • Form study groups for young professionals preparing for licensure.
  • Improve retention rates of young professionals through mentorship.
  • Host 2 career development workshops throughout the year for entry level employees.
  • Attend alumni meetings at their alma mater to assist in recruiting young talent to the company.
  • Plan a social event to build strong relationships with other young professionals.
