Senior Engineer, Environmental
Ms. Levine provides project management, permitting, environmental engineering and design support for multi-disciplinary projects within the PS&S Environmental and Energy Division. Her responsibilities include preparation of landfill gas extraction system designs, civil grading and drainage design drawings, hydraulic barrier wall (HBW) and in-situ soil stabilization (ISS) remediation design, data management and the preparation of technical design basis, regulatory compliance, and regulatory permit application reports.
Ms. Levine is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in both New Jersey and New York. She is both OSHA 40-Hour HAZWHOPER Certified and Community Noise Enforcement Certified. Ms. Levine achieved a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, and further acquired a Master’s of Science in Engineering (M.S.E.) in Environmental Engineering with a Water Resources focus from John Hopkins University.
