Steve Ewing, NCWD

Mr. Ewing has over 40 years of administrative and technical experience in the environmental consulting field. He has spent most of his career consulting to private and public clients providing Local, State and Federal regulatory guidance. His experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers first as Project Reviewer in the New York District office and as a consultant, give him a unique insight into the Federal and State processes. His work with State regulatory agencies providing regulatory consulting gives him the experience and contacts necessary to address complex issues on projects of all sizes.
With experience in many states (NJ, NY, PA, CT, RI, DC, GA, AK) he has been able to apply his experience to address clients’ needs over a broad set of geographical regulatory landscapes. Mr. Ewing’s involvement in the industry such as his seven years on the Pinelands Municipal Council Executive Committee and over 25 years on the State Environmental Committee and the PA Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force have provided valuable participation in the regulatory process with State and Federal agencies.
Mr. Ewing is a Nationally Certified Wetlands Delineator (NCWD) and New Jersey state-certified in Community Noise Control. He acquired a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from Stockton University. Mr. Ewing joined the PS&S family in 2018.
