Tom Heim, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Tom serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the firm. He has more than 20 years in the industry, as an engineer, analyst and financial officer.
Mr. Heim was most recently CFO of a large New Jersey based electrical contracting firm. In his six years there, he revamped the company’s financial system and management controls and served as part of a leadership team that saw revenue double. Prior to, Mr. Heim was Director of Finance for the unregulated arm of a large regional utility company. He came to the unit after several years in finance and engineering functions at the parent company and its utility subsidiaries.
A graduate of University of Notre Dame, Mr. Heim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in finance from Seton Hall University. He joined PS&S in 2013.
