Numerous Local Distribution Companies (LDCs) have accelerated design/construction programs approved by their state regulatory bodies. These gas utilities need short term but skilled personnel resources to achieve their mandated performance goals. The utility desires to maximize utilization of approved, targeted funding to accelerate the replacement of aging infrastructure.

The mandated goals of the various accelerated replacement programs typically exceed the capacity of present staffing levels at the LDCs. Additional skilled personnel requiring minimal training are required to execute the program’s requirements.

These candidates were embedded into the client’s established workforce with a minimal amount of onboarding and disruption. Candidates were identified and vetted independently of client’s review which streamlined the assimilation into their operations.
