Two years ago, we launched an ambitious roadmap to enhance our operational efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and deliver even greater value to our clients. This effort has been a transformative journey, enabling us to refine how we approach each project with precision, innovation, and unwavering commitment.
As we look ahead, The 2030 Plan will guide our next chapter. This forward-thinking strategy centers on expanding our core business sectors with a focus on delivering exceptional results in the Northeast and North Carolina regions. More importantly, it is designed with our clients in mind, prioritizing tailored solutions, technical excellence, and seamless project delivery to meet your unique needs.
Our commitment to continuous improvement remains steadfast. This year, we’ve streamlined internal processes, enhanced safety protocols, and invested in tools and resources to better serve you. At the heart of The 2030 Plan is a simple yet powerful goal: to be a trusted partner who helps you achieve success by delivering impactful projects that exceed expectations.
We are excited about what lies ahead and the opportunities to collaborate with you in shaping a stronger, brighter future. Our team is driven by the desire to create lasting value and ensure that every project reflects our shared dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability. John A. Sartor, PE President & Chief Executive Officer |
In 2022, we launched an ambitious initiative, Roadmap to 2025, to chart a clear path for the future success of our company. This strategic plan was designed to drive excellence across all areas of our business, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering a thriving workplace culture, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
Now, as we reach this significant milestone, we can take pride in the remarkable progress we’ve made. From streamlined operations to a more dynamic and collaborative workplace culture, and consistent growth in business performance, Roadmap to 2025 has been a transformative force. It has provided us with a clear direction, empowering us to build a more resilient, innovative, and prosperous organization that is well-positioned for long-term success.
Building on this momentum, we have already begun shaping the next chapter at PS&S with The 2030 Plan. Approximately five months ago, we began crafting a forward-looking strategy for the next five years. This plan focuses on the expansion of our core business sectors—Real Estate, Science and Technology, Healthcare, Energy and Utility, Water and Wastewater, Public, and Education—particularly within the Northeast and North Carolina regions. With a clear vision for growth, we aim to strengthen our presence in these markets, deliver innovative solutions, and seize new opportunities.
Our plan is ambitious yet grounded, designed to be thoughtful, realistic, and achievable. It is guided by the foundational pillars of our business: managerial expertise, technical excellence, and business development acumen. These principles will serve as our compass, ensuring we remain focused and aligned as we pursue growth and success.
The ultimate goal of The 2030 Plan is not only to enhance revenue and profitability but also to reinvest in the company and its people. By strategically allocating resources, we aim to support innovation, improve operations, and provide meaningful benefits and opportunities for our employees. This commitment to reinvesting in our workforce underscores our belief that our people are the heart of our success. Together, we are building a stronger, brighter future for PS&S and everyone who is part of our journey.
