Camila Israel Receives Professional Award
Camila Israel was presented with the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce Business Professional Award at the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee 29th Annual Women of Excellence Awards Cocktail Reception. She received four proclamations from the City of Yonkers Office of the Mayor, New York State Assembly, Westchester County Board of Legislators, and Westchester County Government, New York Office of the County Executive. Cape May Substation Reliability Project The Cape May Substation Reliability Project upgraded the company’s existing substation in Cape May with more modern equipment and increased capabilities. As part of the 20-month, $46 million project, a second transformer was added to meet the growing energy needs of customers in the area, with particular focus on the summer months when residents and visitors push energy demands to the highest levels. |
Independence Park Community Center PS&S is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the Architect to design the new Essex County Independence Park Community Center in Newark, NJ.
The 7,600 square foot structure, which will be named as the “Essex County Sheriff Armando and Mary Fontoura Community Center” in honor of the Sheriff and his late wife, will create modern accommodations for residents to gather and experience the Essex County Independence Park in a new way and provide additional space for community groups who regularly utilize the park.
The Essex County Independence Park Community is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023. |

PS&S, through our Design/Build project partner, Construction Manager Barr & Barr, Inc., is providing architectural, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, and electrical engineering services. |
