We are humbled to share that PS&S has been selected as the architect and engineer for the Holland Gardens in Jersey City, NJ.
Known as the Holland Gardens Revitalization Plan, this project will be a redevelopment of an aging public housing property into a mixed-use, mixed-income complex in the city’s downtown area. The approved scope of work includes the preservation of the existing 192 units of public housing and the creation of 309 new rental units, many of which will be reserved for families earning low to moderate incomes.
We will be partnering with the Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) as well as WinnDevelopment (WinnCompanies). Check out this feature of our project by the New York Yimby.
